Teacher Advisors
Teacher advisors guide the student committee in hosting events, making large decisions, and furthering improvements.
Student Advisors
- Responsible for overseeing all the different departments
- Making sure everyone is working together and is well coordinated
- Acting as the bridge that connects the SUFSC community
Secretarial
- Responsible for organizing and preparing information
- Compiling meeting minutes and taking attendance
- Creating necessary documents (e.g. forms, proposals)
Treasury
- Plan expected income & expenses for events (a.k.a. budgeting)
- Record the actual income & expenses
- Complete financial statement and reports monthly
Visual and Design
- Design posters, article thumbnails, reel covers, merch, event slides, and Instagram posts & stories
- Edit videos or reels that will be uploaded onto Instagram
- Enhance the SUFSC visual brand
Public Relations
- Create social media content.
- Manage SUFSC Social Media Accounts (Instagram & TikTok)
- Update SUFSC Notice Board and Website with latest news
Editorial
Plan & write Newsletter (FONZ & FONZENTIALS)
Report on ongoing events
Provide captions for social media posts
Edit & manage the SUFSC website
Create funny and engaging comic strips
